Ingredients
1 cup fat
1 egg
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
2 and 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
rind of 1/2 lemon
1 cup chopped walnuts
jam
butter for greasing the pan
Method
Products without the walnuts and marmalade mix dough until smooth mixture. Attention is a handful of it, and the rest is poured into greased baking dish. Jam diluted with a little water and it smeared the base. Top is covering ground walnuts. Separated knead dough with more flour to make a stiff ball and grate on the cake. Bake at low oven.
