Wine white sauce

Ingredients
2 cups (400 ml) Светъл basic sauce
1/2 cup (1oo ml) aromatic white wine
2 tbsp (20 g) chopped parsley
5-6 peppercorns
pinch grated lemon peel
1 egg or sour cream
Method
To the basic sauce add the wine and chopped parsley, black pepper and zest. Boil away from heat and bind with the egg or cream. Boiled and seasoned with lemon juice, salt, sugar.
