Yeast bread

Ingredients
5 cups (1 kg) flour
1 tsp (10 g) yeast
1 cup (200 g) feta cheese
3/4 cup (150 g) fat
3-4 pcs eggs

Method
Of flour, yeast and a little water to prepare dough for banitsa. Rolled peel that scatter fat and stuffing prepared with crumbled feta cheese and beaten eggs, and turn each of the wheels. Put next to each other in court for baking, as between them pour fat, and press to flatten. So shaped asks leave to rise, then bake in a hot oven. Serve with cabbage juice, compote, yogurt or yogurt.
