Zucchini Spaghetti with sauce of cashew

Ingredients
1-2 zucchini
1 cup cashew
juice of 1/2 lemon
pinch of sea salt or Himalayan
freshly ground black pepper - optional
2 cloves garlic
6-7 basil leaves or 3 tsp dried basil
1/2 - 1 cup water

Method
Cut the courgettes spiral to resemble spaghetti. Mix the ingredients (without courgettes) in a blender with about 1/4 cup of water and slowly add more water until you get the desired consistency for the sauce. Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve. * If the dish is cold leave less room temperature before serving.

made them exactly the recipe, but we do not like. Sorry about that. Maybe cucumbers would be better. Matter of taste, we do not like many zucchini probably why we are not impressed, but the image is unique, it impressed me to try :)
