2 zucchini
salt
# For the meatballs:
200 g minced meat
3 cloves garlic
3 sprigs of dill
salt, pepper
# TOPPING:
1 lemon
30 ml olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp honey

Method
Wash the courgettes and cut lengthwise into thin strips, roasted on a grill pan or BBQ. Add salt and put in a container with a lid. Ground meat mixed with spices. Formed into small balls and fry in a pan with oil until ready. Mix all ingredients for the topping, mix very well and put in a sauce-boat. Take a slice of grilled zucchini, put a little meatball in the beginning and turns to roll. So proceed with others. Serve pre-seasoned with topping or sauce served separately.
