5-7 (450 g) peppers
1 cup (300 g) ready kyopolou
1/2 or 1 (100 g) cucumber
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil (olive oil)

Method
Peppers baked, peel, cleaned of seed Salt the inside and gently pour vinegar and olive oil. Peel the cucumber and cut into small cubes, which are mixed with chopped dill and a little salt.
