Easter lamb

500 g flour
7 g of dry yeast (1 packet)
75 g sugar
1 egg
rind of 1 lemon
250 ml warm milk
pinch of salt
100 g butter
1 vanilla
# spreads:
1 yolk
1 tbsp milk

Beat eggs with sugar, add the oil, flour, yeast, vanilla, lemon peel, vanilla, salt and warm milk. Knead the dough of all products. Leave it in a warm place for 1 hour. Kneading it well and we divide it into 2 balls., One part divide into 4 balls. Of each ball shape head, ears, legs and tail of a sheep. Remaining dough make small balls glued to each other forming the body of the sheep. Put the eyes of black pepper and cumin seeds of nostrils. Anointed them with the broken yolk with milk on top. Bake in preheated oven about 20 minutes.
