Nail soup

Ingredients
1-2 leeks
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
handful of vermicelli
1 tbsp paprika
1 egg
2-3 tbsp yogurt
Method
Cut the leek into julienne thick 2cm length. In a saucepan pour the oil, put chopped leeks and fry gently for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and stir, pour 1-1.5 liters of water or cabbage soup and allow to boil. Before the leeks soften completely added and vermicelli. Thicken with the egg and yogurt.
