Pita Jiten class

Ingredients
# For the dough of wheat class:
350 g flour
5 egg whites
50 g butter
1 tsp salt
# For the dough of the pita:
500-600 g flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp dry yeast
3 yolks
50 ml sunflower oil
200 ml warm water
# For glaze:
2 egg yolks, 1 tbsp water
1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tbsp water

Method
Dough for corn class mix with mixer until homogenous. It hands make sticks 1 cm thick and 20 cm length. From the rest of the dough is fitilcheta 2 cm thick and 10 cm length. With hands sharpened edges. Cut in two. With scissors by half fitilcheta cut classes. Blended into a smooth dough for the pita products. Place on floured surface. Paper is made longer thicker bar. It tied the dough to 1/3 of the length. Leave to rise. Then carefully the pita moved in pan and remove the paper web. Top rank stethe base class as brushed with beaten egg yolks to stick. The wheat lining keremidoobrazno to resemble wheat class. Thoroughly smeared with beaten yolk. The pita is baked for 45-50 minutes at 180 C. Once removed from the oven smeared with honey whipped with a little water to shine.
