Ingredients
# For the dough:
1 cup (200 ml) of water
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil
1 cup (200 g) flour
5 eggs
# For the cream:
1 liter milk
120 g butter
8 tbsp (80 g) flour
3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
5 eggs
vanilla powder 1

Method
Dough: & nbsp The water is mixed with the oil and allow to boil. Add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon to peel off the court. Remove from heat and add a little beaten eggs, stirring. Formed into balls and put in a greased with butter tray. Bake in a hot oven. As brown for reducing the temperature until poizstinat. Sectioned in half and filled with cream. I think I put baking powder, but may be wrong.

Rosy, son, Burke, in pastry (and this for tulumbichki similar are) not put baking powder.

So do just that I do them with lard as bad as it sounds, are very good. I have one more addition: do not open the oven before they become ready, because they fall within the whole work failed.

Yesterday I made my first experience with profiteroles and I think that as I did above. I will try to attach a photo.
