Ingredients
500 g pork
250 g liver
1/2 cup melted fat - lard, butter
3 onions
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp paprika
2 and 1/2 cup cabbage juice (soup)
5 chili peppers
1/3 cup wine
savory
salt
Method
Cut the meat into cubes and fry lightly (to whiten) in preheated oil, then stew with liver and onions, also diced. Add fuzzy wine tomato paste, paprika and pepper peppers. Pour over cabbage with soup and let simmer (or boil in a pressure cooker). Before serving sprinkle with finely crushed savory.
