Zucchini stuffed with rice

Ingredients
5 (1 kg) courgettes
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 bunch onions
1 cup (200 g) rice
1-2 (100 g) tomatoes
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch of dill
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
2 eggs
1 hour. h. (200 g) yogurt
salt

Method
Courgettes are scraped, cut into two halves and carve with a small spoon. Salted inside and outside and fry until golden color. Chop finely and stew on low heat in vegetable oil. Add rice and fry until translucent. Then put the tomatoes, parsley and dill, chopped, salt, red pepper and a little warm water. Add salt mixture and stirred. Zucchini filled with rice mixture crashing from the hole in the flour and bake in moderate oven or cook on low heat. Finally, pour the sauce, made from toasted flour, eggs and yogurt.

Do not Fry courgettes. Raw fill them with the mixture and put them to bake or boil. Many are delicious.

To cook simultaneously filling them with salt and scrape so stay one hour at least! Then fill them with rice and minced meat with rice or cheese! Are very tasty! I do not work commas so my comment is this kind!

I put tomato slices vurhu courgettes, and I'm not fried them in advance, were very tasty.
