Pork with mushrooms and potatoes in a glass pot

Ingredients
500 g pork topside
500 g fresh mushrooms
3 large potatoes
2 large onions
1 carrot
100 g peas (sterilized)
100 g broccoli
100 ml red Wine
100 ml sunflower oil
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp tomato puree (chutney)
soy sauce
fresh parsley

Method
In a saucepan heat half sunflower oil and fry until browned chopped of chunks of meat with black pepper. Separate from the heat and add the mustard, soy sauce, chutney and wine. Coarsely chopped mushrooms and onions sliced ​​fry the rest of the oil. In glass pot are arranged in rows peeled and sliced ​​potatoes, meat and mushrooms. At the top end with peas, carrots, diced and broccoli florets. Add 1/2 cup water and bake at 200 C for about an hour and a half. When ready sprinkle with fresh parsley, finely chopped.
