Ingredients
4 eggs
2 cup sugar
1 cup sunflower oil
2 cup flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
2-3 apples
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp soda peak
2 vanilla
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Eggs and sugar mix to a graying. Add the oil and flour, but not at once, but little by turns. Add the walnuts, grated apples, vanilla and baking soda dissolved in vinegar. Stir with a plastic or wooden spoon. Pour the mixture into a greased and sprinkled with flour cake pan. Bake in a heated oven at 220 C. When pokafevee fsunflower covered with oil and bake until ready. Remove from the mold when it is cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Very tasty cake! Instead of soda, however, prefer baking powder and yesterday as I had enough apples, so I put apple, banana and pear. If you try you will not regret!

Very nice cake, I was nuts, but next time will surely put. I added a little cinnamon to the apples and cut them lawn with lemon juice before adding them to the mix.
