Salad with roasted peppers and boiled eggs

Ingredients
6-7 peppers
400 g of yogurt, more densely
150 g feta cheese, mashed
2-3 cloves garlic, pressed
2 eggs hard boiled
3- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
paprika
parsley optional
Salad with roasted peppers and boiled eggs

Method
Separate the egg whites and yolks of boiled eggs. Egg whites are cut into cubes. Mix peppers, yogurt, the feta cheese, garlic and egg whites. Make roux from the oil and red pepper, pour salad, sprinkle it with the egg yolks and parsley.
