Shortcake Gastronomy

Ingredients
5 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp flour
500 ml milk

Method
Eggs are broken down with sugar and flour until they begin to form bubbles. Milk is added and stirred until the mixture became smooth as cream. Pour into a baking dish greased with butter and bake 15 minutes. Cake is served topped with raspberry or chocolate syrup.
