Ingredients
          500 g horse mackerel, mackerel, hake or beard
          300 g onions
          2 onions
          1 carrot
          1/2 head chervil
          200 g fresh mushrooms
          300 g red tomatoes
          1/2 pm .ch. (100 ml) vegetable oil
          1 bunch parsley
          1 tbsp (5 g) red pepper
          pepper
          salt
              Method
              Diced carrots, along with finely chopped onions and chervil fry until browned, add sliced mushrooms and red tomatoes. Stew continues until tomatoes thicken. Add red pepper, black pepper, salt and chopped parsley. Pour water or fish broth pot was capped and allowed to boil for about 30 minutes. Thus prepared mixture is poured into a baking dish, top ranks sliced fish and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.

really became super but I put 3-4 allspice grains, 10 grains of pepper, 3 bay leaves, tomato sauce *hotchpotch*
It's been, I used the mackerel and put the mushrooms, but it was very tasty. Like Moni put allspice and daf. sheet.
