Gingerbread Ginger

Ingredients
60 g butter
75 g honey
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg white
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp dzhidzhifil powder
1/3 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp baking soda
250 g flour

Method
The butter, honey and sugar are melted in a deep pot . The resulting mixture was allowed to cool for about 30 minutes, followed by addition of the egg white. Flour, spices and baking soda, mix thoroughly with the honey mixture. Prepared dough was allowed to stand for 30 minutes. Then roll to 1 cm thick and cut figurines. Gingerbread Bake 10 minutes in preheated 200 ° C oven. Optional decorate with chocolate glaze.

very easy recipe, I like, but I have fresh ginger, but how I put maybe 1 teaspoon crushed. Will prbvam these days you still festive mood oven in my ecstasy of making cakes.
