Ingredients
          1 kg pork topside
          4 carrots
          1 onion
          1 head of garlic
          500 g baby potatoes
          50 ml soy sauce
          100 g of mustard
          200 ml white wine
          200 ml water
          juice 1 orange
          salt, pepper
          100 ml sunflower oil
              Method
              Swine topside wash and dry. Shpikova with a sharp knife in each hole and put chopped carrot julienne. Wonderful proposal goes to favorites.
I have shpikovam except carrot, also with garlic and bacon, cut the same way - julienne. So the meat becomes very tender and flavorful. Put it in an envelope for baking, but also in casseroles would also become very delicious.
