Fried cauliflower with beer

Ingredients
1 small head cauliflower
2 eggs
1/2 cup beer
2-3 tbsp flour (maybe more)
1/2 tsp salt
sunflower oil

Method
First Break cauliflower into florets, then wash it. Pour the cauliflower in salted boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, then remove the cauliflower water and wring well. Beat the eggs in a deep bowl, add the beer and little by little, stirring continuously, add the flour and salt. Stir the mixture thoroughly, otherwise it will get lumpy. The mixture of batter cauliflower should be approximately the density of pancake batter. In a deep pan pour plenty of sunflower oil. Once the oil is hotter roll cauliflower florets in the slurry of flour and beer and fry them until you acquire a golden color. Fried cauliflower place on kitchen paper to drain off excess fat. * You can complete and refreshing taste of fried cauliflower as prepare yogurt sauce, a few sprigs of fresh parsley and a clove of garlic optional.
