Banitsa with tuna and mushrooms

Ingredients
500 g ready peel
320 g canned tuna
300 g mushrooms
1 onion
3 eggs
3 tbsp sunflower oil
parsley
300 ml milk
pepper
salt
Method
In the oil fry the chopped onion, mushrooms, parsley. As tender add the fish, salt and pepper. In a greased pan with sunflower oil to put sheet which sprinkle with stuffing. Ordered banitsa be cut into pieces and pour the beaten eggs and milk. Bake in a moderate oven.
