Bonfileta Chicken in cream sauce

Ingredients
200 g chicken bonfileta
80 ml cooking cream
30 g processed cheese
10 g parmesan cheese
white pepper, curry, salt
sunflower oil

Method
Fillets are seasoned with spices and bake in heated slightly an oily pan until golden. Add cream and grated processed cheese. Stir until melted and let the fillets about 2 minutes to boil the sauce. Finally, serve the fillets on a plate and pour the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. * It is processed cheese is firm. If soft're going to grated and melted and soft feta cheese is usually not quality. Preferably smoked processed cheese cut from the relay. * You can change the dish instead add parmesan grated cheese and bake for 10 minutes in the oven.
