Ingredients
          600-800 g of veal topside or ham
          100 g grated cheese
          salt
          pepper
          2 eggs
          Flour
          1 slice of dry bread without crust
          frying fat
          # For garnish :
          200 g cooked pasta
          40 g butter
          piece of smoked language
          1 and 1/2 cup tomato juice
          few marinated mushrooms
          pinch of sugar
          2-3 drops of lemon juice
          salt
              Method
              Cleaned from the skins and cut into slices of meat hammered from both sides, add salt lightly, sprinkle with pepper and leave to rest. Schnitzel is rolled in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then in a mixture of bread crumbs and grated cheese and egg and again in crumbs. Fry in very hot oil until golden. Cooked macaroni in salted water drain without rinsing, steamed with heated butter and pour sauce made from tomato juice, which are sliced mushrooms and smoked tongue and that is seasoned to taste with a pinch of salt, sugar and lemon juice. Schnitzel is served with this headset.
