Ingredients
500 g potatoes
1 head broccoli or cauliflower or both - 400 g
1 carrot
300 ml milk
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter plus butter for greasing pan
pepper, a pinch of nutmeg, salt
100 g of cheese or cottage cheese

Method
Potatoes and carrots are cooked faster steam in a pressure cooker. Peel the potatoes hot and poizstinat cut into rings or cubes. Carrot optional leave 3 slices for decoration, the rest is cut. Blended with broccoli and salting. Vegetable mixture is distributed in a greased container. In hot butter fry flour to slightly browning. Get out of the fire and pour the milk. Mix well and returns fire. Boil until thickened. Add the cottage cheese, spices and salt, if the cottage cheese is unsalted. Stir until a homogeneous mixture and the resulting sauce is poured over the vegetables. Bake until browned. * I used frozen broccoli and cottage cheese. * If you enjoy fresh broccoli cleaned and separated into florets. Washed and placed in boiling salted water for 5 minutes and rinsed with cold water. * If you enjoyed cheese, cut into cubes and add to the sauce.
