Ingredients
1 small head cauliflower
1/4 cup milk
30 g butter
250 g chicken ham
2 eggs
1/4 cup cream or yogurt
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
salt
Method
Boil the cauliflower in salted water and milk. Drain and cut into slices. Arrange it in a greased with butter proof dish, cover with chopped ham. Beat the cream with the eggs, pour over the dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes.
