Chicken livers Niki

Ingredients
400 g livers
3 rolled in flour and fried peppers
1 tomato
1 stalk leek
1 bay leaf
savory, black pepper ground
olive oil

Method
In a pan heat them oil and pozaparzhvame livers. Add chopped peppers, grated tomato, bay leaf, black pepper and savory. No cover leave to simmer over low heat about 15 minutes. Add chopped leek rings, salt and stew under the lid for 5 minutes.
