Chicken livers Veni

Ingredients
1 kg chicken livers
2-3 onions
300 g canned tomatoes
50 g butter
salt

Method
Pre livers boil in salted water. Fry the onion in the butter and add livers, chopped. When almost ready add about 1 cup of the broth from the livers. Leave to simmer until ready.
