Ingredients
7 eggs
1 liter milk
350 g sugar
1 packet vanilla

Method
Eggs are broken wire. To this is added 300 g of sugar and milk, and the mixture was stirred to melt the sugar. Then strained through a sieve, and was then poured into aluminum or porcelain bowls, the bottom of which is poured molten caramelised sugar. Bowls are placed in a pan of water and bake in a water bath in a moderate oven. Cooks should not be allowed to boil water, because the cream becomes porosity or oven ea strong, because tanning cream.
