Deer with baluchki, olives and potatoes

Ingredients
2 kg of deer meat, pre-marinated
700 g shallots (small onion, baluchki)
3-4 carrots
15 olives
3 heads of garlic
1.5 kg potatoes
200 ml Wine
80 g butter
1 tomato
black and red pepper, bay leaf, allspice, 1-2 cloves, salt

Method
Deer marinate standard hunting marinade for at least 6 hours. The meat is cut into portions and stew in the butter and seasoned with pepper and salt. Place in a muddy stew, add all the vegetables (such as carrots and tomatoes just cut in large pieces, other vegetables are cleaned from the shells and put purposes), spices, wine and 1 cup water or broth. The lid is sealed with dough or put foil and bake in moderate oven about 4-5 hours.
