Duck with beer

Ingredients
1 duck
1.5 l lager
1 lemon
3 tbsp flour
4 tsp curry
black pepper
salt
Method
The clean duck is placed in a pyrex with a lid and pour beer. Add sliced ​​lemon, salt and peppercorns 15-20. Stews in the oven at 250 ° C for about 1 hour.
