Ingredients
          1 cup raw almonds or cashews
          1 cup prunes pitted (or dates)
          1 cup dried cranberries
          unsweetened coconut (optional)
          whose seeds (optional)
          1-2 tbsp rum (optional)

          Method
              All products are placed in a blender for about a minute until a homogeneous mixture. Then stretch and cut into pieces (bars) or is made into balls and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.     * Healthy, delicious, quick and easy. If you want to reduce the sugar - Bon Appetit.
