Fluffy fried kashkavalcheta

Ingredients
1 kg frozen cheese
3 eggs
500 ml beer
100 ml carbonated water
flour, salt colorful
Method
Separately, beat egg yolks from the whites. Beat yolks foam was added 400 ml beer, 100 ml carbonated water and flour as to obtain consistency of boza. Beat the remaining egg whites are added beer. The products were combined and left in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours. The cheese was cut into cubes and immersed in the resulting mixture. Fry at 170 C in a deep fryer for about 3 minutes. Optional before being placed in Bread mixture kashkavalchetata can be rolled in colored salt.
