Fried potatoes with leeks

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
salt
2-3 leeks
50 g margarine
pepper
150 g veal sausage
6 eggs
4 tbsp cream or milk
1 tsp paprika optional
Method
Wash the potatoes and boil in salted water for 15 minutes. Peel and cut into slices. Fry in hot fat. Add chopped leeks and fry together for another 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and paprika, chopped sausage. In a separate bowl whisk the eggs and cream. Add the mixture to the potatoes with leeks. Cover to court and let the dish over medium heat until the eggs are ready. In presenting sprinkle with pepper.
