Fried potatoes stuffed with bacon and mushrooms

Ingredients
10 large potatoes
100 g mushrooms
2 eggs
200 g cheese
300 g bacon
100 g smoked feta cheese
1 onion
pepper, salt

egg and flour batter
parsley

Method
Boil the potatoes, peeled and cut into two halves. Scoop out with a spoon. Fry chopped onion, bacon and mushrooms. Beat the eggs and add them fried and chilled onions, mushrooms, bacon, cheese and smoked feta cheese cut into cubes, chives, parsley, spices. Fill potatoes sandwiching oval in flour and egg and fried.
