Goulash turkey with sauerkraut and juniper

Ingredients
1 leg of turkey
3 onions
750 g sauerkraut
1 green pepper (roasted or pickled)
1 red pepper (roasted or pickled)
30 g butter
125 ml white wine
2 bay leaves
1 tsp juniper berries
pinch of sugar

Method
Leg is boned and cut into large cubes. Cut the onion rings. Meat fry in the butter, add the onions and stew for 5 minutes. The mixture is seasoned with salt and pepper. Add sliced ​​into thin strips sauerkraut, bay leaves, juniper and red pepper to taste. Pour wine diluted with 375 ml water and dish stew 30 minutes. Cleaned of seed pods are finely chopped and add cabbage. Serve stew for another 15 minutes. Finally, seasoned with a pinch of sugar and more pepper and serve warm.
