Hen with onions

Ingredients
1 hen
1 kg onions
sunflower oil
salt to taste
pepper
pepper
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch mint
Method
Chicken cut into portions, onions are cleaned and cut into slices. Meat fry in fat, add the onions and stew from time to time make less water. Add salt, add the red pepper and black pepper. Stews until onions become transparent, and the meat is completely tender. Meat should remain fat and then sprinkle with chopped parsley and mint.
