Hot potatoes with rosemary

Ingredients
500 g cooked baby potatoes
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1 head of garlic - crushed
pepper
salt
Method
Potatoes are cut two and place in baking dish. Other product mix in a jar, close and broken well. Pour the warm potatoes with the mixture and leave to stand for at least one hour. The oven was heated to 180 C and the potatoes are baked for about 20 minutes.

Replaced with rosemary Tharos / tarragon /. So pre-steamed with vinegar and garlic are very tasty.
