Layered cake parfait - II type 1

Ingredients
ready base
100 g dry cream cake (600 ml milk)
2 tbsp yogurt
100 g dark chocolate
600 ml milk
40 g gelatin
about 20 strawberries
1/2 cup sugar strawberry jelly
10 tbsp compote

Method
Whipped cream with the milk until thickened. To this mixture add the melted chocolate in a water bath with constant stirring and yogurt. Finally, add 30 g of gelatin pre-soaked in cold water and melted in a water bath. Shaped cake with removable walls put the base and syrupy with compote. Cover with the cream and allowed to cool in a refrigerator for about 2 hours. Strawberries are heated with sugar until it melts. Leave to cool. Add the remaining 10 g gelatin (again soaked and melted in a water bath) and stirred. They pour already gelled parfait. Returns to the refrigerator for about two hours.
