Leeks with cottage cheese in the oven

Ingredients
5-6 leeks onion
300 g cottage cheese
200 g yogurt
3 eggs
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil
pepper
salt
Method
Onions is cleaned and cut into chunks. Stew in an oven with the oil and 1/2 cup (100 ml) water until complete softening. Prepare a sauce of beaten eggs, yoghurt, the cottage cheese, pepper and salt. Pour it leeks and cook until browned.
