Ingredients
200 g mushrooms
1 onion
30 g butter
300 g spinach
parsley
dill
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
pepper, salt
1 leg of lamb
4 boiled eggs
3 -4 tbsp fat
1/2 hours. white wine
Method
Pant in the butter mushrooms and onions until completely evaporated liquid placed. Add spinach, parsley, dill, bread crumbs, pepper, salt and stew for another 5 minutes. Leg is boned very carefully with a sharp knife without tearing. Put the stuffing in it and chopped eggs. Stitched with thick thread. Place aluminum foil, smeared with grease, pour in the wine and bends in fthe oil. Bake in a moderate oven. Remove the thread and cut into slices. Serve with a green salad.
