Marinated skewers for BBQ

Ingredients
1 kg pork
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 tbsp mustard
1 tsp vinegar
3 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper
paprika
2 pinches of sugar
salt
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
2 onions
10-12 fresh mushrooms
Method
Cut the meat into cubes for kebabs and put in a marinade of: wine, mustard, vinegar, the oil and spices and aged at least two hours. Then wooden or metal skewers ranks piece of meat, a piece of green pepper, a piece of meat, a piece of onion, a piece of meat, 1 sponge (pre-salted) meat, red pepper and so on until all products do. If the dose is large skewers made may be frozen in the freezer for over time.
