Milky mousse

Ingredients
600 g yogurt
100 g of powdered sugar
3 egg whites
15 g gelatin
2 vanilla
1 tbsp cocoa
few slices of peach compote
Method
Beat the egg whites to snow. Gelatin dissolve in 50 ml cold water and leave to swell. Meanwhile, the yogurt with sugar and vanilla and add egg white snow as light moves homogenized mixture. We heated gelatin for a few seconds in the microwave to liquefy it and add to the milk mixture. Spend a few tbsp of it and color it with cocoa. At the bottom of the 6 cups or bowls suitable place several pieces of peeled and diced peaches compote. We distribute milk mixture into the cups. Top send down a bit of cocoa mixture and a few pieces of peaches. It remains to brace ourselves cream for two hours in the refrigerator.
