Omelet with beer

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 tbsp butter
1/3 cup beer
pinch of salt
Method
Eggs are divided into yolks and whites. Yolks are broken down better than whites. Mix the egg yolks beaten with egg whites. Place a drop of beer. Salt. The resulting fluffy fry heated butter. Same omelet can be baked in the oven.
