Ingredients
2 connections or about 60 g dill
4 tbsp pine nuts with peak
2 cloves garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt
pepper

Method
In a food processor or chopper put all ingredients. You can cut the fennel, not to hinder the machine. Blend until mixture similar to pate. Optional seasoned with Himalayan salt and pepper or other spices. Add to salad, spaghetti, fish or simply anoint a toast. * Dill is high in vitamins C, B1, B2, E, PP, P, carotene, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron and folic acid. It is used in cardiovascular diseases, migraines, anemia, colic, insomnia, bone problems, kidney problems and respiratory tract.
