Potato patties with Parmesan and fresh basil

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
2-3 fresh basil leaves
100 g parmesan
1 onion
salt, pepper
2-3 sprigs parsley
1 egg
breadcrumbs for rolling

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and smash mashed. Add the chopped onion, salt, pepper, chopped parsley and basil. It is well kneaded. Add Parmezanat and again kneaded. Allow to stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator and then the mixture is shaped balls, dip in beaten egg and breadcrumbs in the Oval. Fry in a highly heated sunflower oil.
