Method
Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and arrange in a baking dish. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, onion - chopped, and the bulgur is cleaned and washed in a strainer. I did it in the winter version, so if you can say - with a combination of leeks and green of germinating onion, 2 cloves garlic, dried mint, canned tomatoes, salt to taste. All this mixed with the washed bulgur, ordered and consumed on potatoes recipe. It was a great meal, just for Lent!
