Ingredients
1.5 kg potatoes
1 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 tbsp flour
4-5 onions
5 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
1 sprig savory
pepper
salt
Method
Peel the potatoes, cut into halves or quarters, dry and fry in the oil, stirring constantly to avoid sticking. After pozachervyat, add chopped onions and fry well. Sprinkle the flour, stir well and add chopped garlic, savory, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Wine boil for 2-3 minutes and pour potato. Serve stew over low heat about 45 minutes. Serve warm.
