Ingredients
50 g butter
100 g brown sugar
1/2 cup cooked and pureed pumpkin
1 egg
200 g flour
100 g raisins
1/2 cup ground almonds
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
50 g candied orange peels
Method
The flour is mixed with all the spices. In a large bowl, stir the butter and sugar. Mix eggs and pumpkin puree. The flour mixture was added gradually while stirring. Once all the flour is absorbed, put the almonds, orange peel and raisins. Mix everything well. On littered with paper baking pan pour a spoonful of the mixture. Biscuits bake 20 minutes at 180 C.
