Ingredients
          500 g pumpkin
          1 liter milk
          6 eggs
          1 cup sugar caramel
          6 tbsp sugar cream
          vanilla

          Method
              Peeled pumpkin cut into medium size pieces. Arranged on a tray and bake in pre-heated to 220 C oven. Sugar for the caramel is caramelized in a deep pan. Then pour over baked pumpkin. Eggs beat with a mixer. Add remaining sugar, milk and essence. Pour the pumpkin mixture and returned to the oven. Bake until ready at 220-250 S.
