Puree cauliflower and parsnips

Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower
250 g parsnips
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 and 1/2 cup milk
white pepper, salt
Method
Heat olive oil. Add cauliflower, cut into pieces, parsnips, peeled and chopped, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. After 5 minutes, add milk and bring to the boil. Kotlonat is reduced, the court was capped and leave for about 20 minutes to simmer. Remove from heat and passaged.
